The Proper Way to Do a Squat

Have you been wondering how to do a squat?

Here’s how:

  1. Start with your legs shoulder width apart.
  2. Stand up straight.
  3. Bend at your knees by sticking your bottom out.
  4. Do not let your knees go past your ankles or toes.
  5. Push back up.
  6. Make sure to tuck in your bottom at the end.
