Challenge list for November 2013 is here! This month the list is shorter as I am still in recovery from surgery. I am also taking a theme of gratefulness this month. All challenge items (except maybe the fitness ones!) are designed to follow a theme of gratitude! I hope you will follow my grateful journey this month and that you choose to participate in several of the challenges as well!

  1. Blog Challenge: Follow this 30 Day Thanks A Day Prompt.
  2. Photo Challenge: Follow this 30 Day Gratitude Photo Challenge. Post on Instagram: @jackjosephsmom
  3. Quotes: Post one quote on Gratitude each day.
  4. Random Acts of Kindness: Make up my own Pay It Forward Deed of the Day and do it.
  5. Fitness – Arms: Follow this Arm Workout M W F Su
  6. Fitness – Crunches: Follow this 30 Day Crunch Challenge. 
  7. Pinterest Gratitude Board: Post one item daily that I m grateful for to my gratitude board on Pinterest.
  8. Read: 4 Books this month with a gratitude theme.
  9. Watch: 4 Movies this month that follow a gratitude theme.
  10. Arts & Crafts: Create 2 new crafts with a grateful theme this month.
  11. Recipes: Make 2 meals this month from new recipes.
  12. Photography: Do 2 photo sessions this month. Incorporate this month’s grateful theme.
  13. Draw: 1 Picture this month.
  14. Write: 2 Poems this month.
  15. Get Out: Go to a crowded bar or to a movie one night.
